Privacy Policy

BingoMusic (bingomusic.eu) is operated by Dániel Horváth. For privacy matters, contact: admin@bingomusic.eu.

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), or your Google ID if you sign in with Google.
• Game data: data related to your games, settings and progression (level, XP, energy, premium status).
• Technical data: IP address, browser info, and the cookies / local storage needed to operate the site (see below).

The site uses the following categories:

• Necessary: login session (httpOnly cookie) — to keep you signed in.
• Functional: remembers your language and volume settings (localStorage).
• Advertising: cookies for rewarded video ads (only with your consent).

You can change your consent any time in the cookie settings.

We use the following external partners to operate the service:

• Google AdSense / H5 Games Ads — rewarded video ads. Google may use cookies; see How Google uses data and the Google Privacy Policy.
• ayeT-Studios — rewarded video ads (if active): ayeT-Studios privacy.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in with a Google account.
• Hosting and email — our own infrastructure handles the server and outgoing system emails (e.g. verification).

Ads load only when a user requests a rewarded video (for energy), and only with consent to advertising cookies. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, consent is also handled by Google's certified consent message. Without consent no ads are shown; the game remains fully usable.

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, and request data portability. Send requests to admin@bingomusic.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Passwords are stored hashed, and we protect data with reasonable technical measures.

The service is not intended for users under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time; we will note material changes on this page.
